There are a number of tools available to you to help you manage the messages you are assigned to.  

  • Reassign (1) – use the reassign button at the top of the message if you believe there is another admin best placed to manage the message.

  • Attach Evidence (2) – add files, pictures, videos or scans to the message with this feature. You can find this next to the 'Add note' or 'Send' button within the message window. 

Managing Message Menu
The tools outlined below can be found in the 'Managing Messages' Menu on the right hand side of your message window. 

  •  Case Title (3) - edit your case title using button at the top right of the window

  • Link Admins (5) – use this feature to link an admin into the message so that they receive notifications as it progresses.

  • Categories (6) - this will be the theme of the message e.g Feedback, Management, Bullying. (Tip: you can use more than one when relevant)

  • Location (7) – this will be where the location of the message happened. 

  • Set a Reminder (8) – use this feature if you want to be reminded to check in on a message or send a follow-up message.

If you cannot see the 'Messages' section within Stribe it means that you do not have the correct permissions to complete this action. Contact your main system Administrator to gain permission for this action.
