Setting up Stribe can seem like a lot of work, but it really isn't!

We've broken down the key parts to set-up into an easy guide for you 🙌.

1. Customise ✨

Customising your account properly is important because it will help you identify which groups of colleagues may need support, and help you spot trends in the messages you receive.

Taking the time to think through this detail will ensure you have to the greatest amount of detail in your dashboard and pulse reports.

1. Head to 'Settings'

Work your way through the left-hand menu. Check you are happy with the sections 'Categories', 'Locations', 'Preferences' and 'Site-Wide Message'.

2. Add users 👩‍💻👨‍💻

Once you are happy with the customisation of your system you are ready to add additional people to the platform! This is simply a case of adding your admins and employees to Stribe. Learn more about permission levels here.

First, add your admins by following these steps here.

Then add your employees. You can do this using a simple spreadsheet uploader. Instructions and a video guide for the process can be found here.

3. Activate Employees 🚀

When you are happy that your set-up is correct you're ready to activate to your employees!

First, we would recommend that you communicate with your admins and have a run-through of the system with them.

Once they are confident with the system you're ready to launch to your employees! 🎉

Introducing the tool through internal communications before pressing 'activate' in Stribe is always a good idea.
