Messages

Messages are sent by employees in your organisation.

These could be anything from feedback and ideas; mental health concerns to problems at home. They will appear on the 'messages' tab of your admin account.

Incidents

Incidents are the reports that your admins create.

We give your staff the ability to record incidents that they have witnessed, or had staff have approached them to speak with them.

These may be feedback and ideas, health and safety concerns, minor management issues or complaints. These will appear on the incidents tab of your dashboard.

It is useful to record these on Stribe as it will give a full picture of what is happening within your organisation.

If you cannot see the 'Messages' or 'Incidents' sections within Stribe it means that you do not have the correct permissions to view them. Contact your main system Administrator to gain permission for this action.
