Create a survey

  1. Log in as an Admin

  2. In the left-hand menu select 'Surveys'

  3. Ensure you're viewing 'Live' in the tabs

  4. Select 'New Survey' in the top right-hand corner

  5. Create your survey by adding questions, free-text follow-up questions and rearranging the questions until you are happy.

  6. At the top of the screen, click '2 - Send your survey' and set up your audience, customise the intro text and preview your survey.

  7. Once complete you can choose to schedule the campaign to go live now or in the future and then click 'Create survey'. Or, if you would like to come back to the campaign at a later click 'Save this as a draft'.

Edit your survey

You can only edit draft campaigns or campaigns you are currently creating. If you wish to make changes to a campaign once it has been set live you should cancel the campaign and create a new one. 

To edit your campaign simply click 'Draft Surveys' then select the paper and pen icon highlighted in the picture below.

Cancel a survey

There is a 10 minute grace period built-in for surveys you choose to send immediately. This means you have up to 10 minutes after you select 'One-time Survey - Send it immediately' and click 'Create Survey' to cancel the campaign should you need to. 

For a scheduled survey you have up until the minute before it sends to cancel it.

If you cannot see the 'Survey' section within Stribe it means that you do not have the correct permissions to complete this action. Contact your main system Administrator to gain permission for this action.
