1. Download your results and share them with your team. You could do this as they happen or create reports that you release quarterly.
2. Communicate specific team/department results to the team leads so that they can support their team appropriately.
3. Where relevant, follow-up with actions / takeaways so that employees can see that your business is changing as a direct result of their feedback.
