The recurring campaigns feature is handy for getting regular feedback to a specific question so that you can understand changes in your employees overtime.

For example, you might want to understand the emotional wellbeing of your colleagues. So you might set up a campaign asking employees to rate aspects of their emotional wellbeing such as sense of purpose, belonging, stress or anxiety on Wednesday at 11 am and set this to recur for 10 weeks.

Follow the step-by-step below

  1. Log in as an Admin

  2. In the left-hand menu select 'Pulse'

  3. Ensure you're viewing 'Live campaigns' in the sub-menu

  4. Select 'New Campaign'

  5. Complete all four sections 'Pick a question type', 'Set your question', 'Would you like to ask a follow-up question', 'Values' and 'Who should this be sent to'

  6. In the final section 'Schedule your campaign' choose 'Send on a schedule...' then select 'How often should this question repeat?'

  7. In the pop-up choose: a start date and time (this will pre-populate with an hour from survey creation but go ahead and choose what time you'd like) , how often you would like the campaign to repeat, when you would like it to repeat and the end date.

  8. Click 'Done'

  9. Finally, select 'Create Campaign' to schedule
