You might need to export specific messages/incidents for management meetings if you have spotted a recent trend and need to chat through some examples to give more detail. Or, it may be your companies data policy to back-up all of your messages/incidents in a second location separate to Stribe.

Finding and exporting your messages and incidents in Stribe is straightforward and quick to do.

Follow the step-by-step below.

You must be logged in to an admin account - and have the correct permissions - to do this.

  1. Head to 'Search'

  2. In here you can choose what you would like to search for, the category and the date range.

    There is also an 'Advanced search' button that will show you further search options available should you need them.

    Or alternatively, you can press 'Search' straight away to show you all of the incidents and messages on your account.

  3. Once you have selected your search filters, press 'Search'

  4. Scroll through your results and select which ones you would like to export, or you can select all by ticking 'Select all results on this page'

  5. Press 'Bulk export as PDF', and you will be able to find your exported documents in your computers downloads folder

If you cannot see the 'Search' section within Stribe it means that you do not have the correct permissions to complete this action. Contact your main system Administrator to gain permission for this action.
