Generally, we recommend that you send surveys to the largest possible audience, this gives you more detail to segment and better understand your audience.

However, being able to send surveys to particular groups can be useful if you wish to get feedback from just one of your locations, or types of staff or other staff categories.

For example:

"What changes within head office would improve your wellbeing?" you may only want to ask this question to your Manchester Head Office.

"How do you feel about the new marketing messages?" you may only want to ask this to your Marketing team.

Sending surveys to groups

First, make sure you have followed the steps below.

  1. Log in as an Admin

  2. In the left-hand menu select 'Surveys'

  3. Ensure you're viewing 'Live' in the sub-menu

  4. Select 'New Survey'

  5. Create your survey.

Now you can begin selecting your group.

  1. In Step 2 'Send through Stribe', you can choose if you want to send it to a fixed or a dynamic audience, as well as choose your audience rules for who the survey is going to.

You can send to one or multiple groups and you can also 'Send to everyone' to send to all staff on Stribe.

Watch this process below:

If you cannot see the 'Surveys' section within Stribe it means that you do not have the correct permissions to complete this action. Contact your main system Administrator to gain permission for this action.
