You will need Admin permissions to complete this

A user can reset their own password at any time by selecting the 'forgotten password' link at the login page.

If you wish to reset their password for them:

-Login to your admin

-Select Users in the left-hand menu

-Search for the specific user

-Select the arrow on the right-hand side

-Choose the option best suited to your employee in the pop-up

If you cannot see the 'Useres' section within Stribe it means that you do not have the correct permissions to complete this action. Contact your main system Administrator to gain permission for this action.
