The resources section helps employees find answers to common questions about company policy and updates.

A lot of organisations upload resources like their holiday policy, working from home policy, wellbeing policy and mental health first-aiders directory.

When uploading resources you can choose to either upload a PDF or you can create a resource from scratch. If you think you may need to edit the resource at a later date, we recommend creating one from scratch as this gives you the ability to edit.

Follow the step-by-step below

You must be logged in to an admin account - and have the correct permission - to do this.

  1. Head to 'Resources'

  2. In the left-hand menu select 'Resources'

  3. In the top right corner select 'New resource'

  4. Type in your title and description

  5. Click 'Add to section' and choose from the drop-down menu which section you would like to resource to be in

  6. Next, you need to create the resource, this can be done via 'Upload a PDF' or 'Create one from scratch'

    Option 1 - 'Upload a PDF'
Select 'Upload a PDF', then click on the paperclip icon and select your document, or drag and drop to attach a PDF.
Please note you will not be able to edit this resource within Stribe if you choose this option.

Option 2 - 'Create one from scratch'
Select 'Create one from scratch', type or copy and paste the text you want in the resource into the text box.

Optional - Add images, videos or links to make your resource more engaging and brighten up the page!

7. Finally, press 'Create resource' in the top right-hand corner to save

Or, simply watch how to upload a resource via PDF in the video below.

If you cannot see the 'Resources' section within Stribe it means that you do not have the correct permissions to complete this action. Contact your main system Administrator to gain permission for this action.
