Glossary

Pulse Survey - Employee pulse surveys are short, quick surveys that are sent to employees regularly. They can be used to explore topics such as pay and rewards, mental health, financial wellbeing, and training and development.

Values - Values groups questions that you've tagged with a value in it’s own survey report. It not only gives you a progress graph, but all the clever insights you love in our current survey reports. It's a tailor-made tool to help you better understand how your employees are feeling about these important values.

Survey Reminder - A survey reminder is an email and notification sent to all employees who have not answered the survey yet. A Stribe admin can send reminders for a survey whilst the survey is still live. You can also share the survey using internal communications channels using a survey link or QR code (available from the Pulse Campaign summary page).

Pulse Survey Report - Pulse survey reports become available as soon as employees begin responding to your survey. They provide a breakdown of their responses for each question you have asked and analysis of the follow-up question you set.

Messages - Messages give employees an anonymous and trusted place to talk. Stribe’s employee voice messenger gives employees a place they can openly share their ideas, thoughts, and feedback, making sure everyone is heard. They can be sent by any employee with access to Stribe.

Resources - Resources are a place that employees can access the latest news and resources from your organisation. Resources give everyone easy access to the information they need, from any device.

Shout-Outs - Stribe’s shout-outs allow employees to celebrate and recognise good work. The value-based peer-to-peer recognition feature gives your employees a place to celebrate the moments that matter. They can be sent by any employee with access to Stribe.

Shout-Out Values - When sending a Shout-out, you can assign different themes to go with your message called Values. These can be based on your company values, or you can link them with any internal campaigns or incentives like ‘Employee of the month’. You can also track which values your employees are using the most to see what resonates with your teams.

Announcements - Admins can use Announcements to share and notify employees of important company news. They’re available on the Shout-outs page and can only be sent by admins.

You Said, We Did - Once a pulse survey has ended, the results can be shared by using a ‘You Said, We Did’ with Stribe. This notifies employees you have shared the results of the survey. Doing this displays a bar graph with the results of the pulse survey and an optional comment that a Stribe admin can add when creating the You Said, We Did. You Said, We Did’s can be targeted to different employee groups / answer-types depending on its objectives.

Dashboard - Stribe’s dashboard gives admins an overview of how Stribe’s features are performing within their organisation. It covers useful stats for the following areas of the tool: Employees, Messages, Pulses, Resources, Shout-Outs.

Employee - Employees on Stribe can login to send messages, respond to pulse surveys, send shout-outs and access resources uploaded by their organisation.

Admin - This individual has an additional log in that gives them access to administer all, or a combination of, Stribe’s features including: Uploading Resources, sending Announcements, creating and sending Pulse Surveys, replying to Messages, uploading Employees, and managing Shout-outs. Their permissions may vary depending on what access they require.

Launch - Once you’re ready to share Stribe with your teams, you can enable access to their accounts and set your pulse survey live
