The schedule feature is handy for organising pulse questions you would like to ask your team in the future.

⚠️ If you cannot see the 'Pulse' section within Stribe it means that you do not have the correct permissions to complete this feature. Contact your main system Administrator to gain permission for this action.

Click 'New Campaign'.

Complete the 'Pick a question type', 'Set your question', 'Would you like to ask a follow-up question', 'Values' and 'Who should this be sent to' sections.

In the 'Schedule your campaign' section select which option you'd like, send it once or set it up to repeat. See more on recurring campaigns here.

Use the date and time selector. Then simply click 'Create Campaign'.

The default time for a campaign to send will be an hour from creation. However you can change this, by swapping the dates & time and your campaign will be sent on the date and time you selected. You will receive an email to remind you about any upcoming pulse campaigns.

If you'd like to cancel the scheduled campaign simply scroll to the bottom of the live campaigns page and select 'Stop from sending'.

Then click 'Yes' to confirm. This will move your pulse campaign back into the draft campaigns area.
