Why did I not get an app notification?

The reasons you might not be receiving app notifications after a campaign has gone live

If you aren't receiving app notifications for pulse campaigns this may be down to one of two things. Either notifications were disabled when the app was first downloaded, or notifications were turned off in the app settings.

To solve this, open the Stribe app in your mobile, head to 'Settings', then 'Notifications' and make sure all notifications are turned on.
