Our dashboard filter gives you more flexibility with your dashboard data within Stribe. It's easy to use and is completely customisable, just select the timeframe you're interested in and the filter will apply across all areas of the dashboard.

You can compare your data on a weekly, monthly or custom basis - whatever timeframe you want, down to the day.

So how can this help you?

Filtering the data in your dashboard will help you see how your data has changed over the time period relevant to you, across every feature of Stribe! This helps you take your reporting to the next level and track your progress in more detail.

  • Employee Area - By filtering your dashboard by date, you can see how many employees joined or left Stribe from one month to the next to help you calculate your employee attrition rate.

  • Messages - Find out which topics are more prevalent at different times of the year and use this information to provide more support and resources πŸ™Œ

  • Pulse - See how many pulses you've sent in the last month, year, or custom time period and track how your average response rate has changed overtime. Use this to guide your survey launch communications and work on areas for improvement.

  • Resources Compare how many resources were read from year to year. Consider updating the resources that aren't getting as much love!

  • Shout-Outs View your shout-out trends over different time periods. Comparing how values are growing over time is a great measure of your employee engagement strategy! πŸŽ‰

Step by Step to Filtering your Dashboard

  1. In your admin account, open your Stribe dashboard

  2. Select the first orange date button on the top right-hand side of the dashboard

  3. Set your start date for your filter. To change the year, click on the button to left of the arrows in the calendar box. Then select the month, followed by the day.

  4. Set the end date for your filter. Follow the previous steps to select a date, then wait a moment for your data to refresh

  5. That's it! Your selected timeframe will apply across the entire dashboard

  6. Once you've finished, just click 'Reset' to the right of the date buttons and your dashboard will display data from the last month in Stribe
