If the time comes for us to say goodbye, how should you let your workforce know, and what do you need to consider when doing so?

Whilst we don't like saying goodbye, we want to part ways on the best of terms. This article will help you to prepare your staff to know where to go, for all the actions they currently do on Stribe, as well as give some guidance on sending comms to explain 'the end'. πŸ’”

There are many functions within Stribe. Follow the list below to ensure you've covered everything when it comes to closing down your account and communicating it to employees:

Messages πŸ“©

Put in place an alternative method for colleagues to send their thoughts, ideas, worries and feedback. Ensure you communicate this to your colleagues to ensure they know about the change in process.

Shout-Outs πŸ—£

Keep that celebration train going! Don't stop shouting out great achievements in your organisation, it's brilliant for employee morale and engagement. Highlight to employees the different ways they can continue to shout-out to their colleagues to ensure everyone hears about the wonderful happenings in your organisation.

Surveys πŸ’

Consider the method you'll use to collect feedback on important topics, if you're no longer using pulse surveys. You'll know from running surveys through Stribe how invaluable the feedback can be when asking the right questions, and how making changes based on that feedback can greatly improve the workplace! It's important to ensure that colleagues still feel that you value their input - so make sure you communicate your new feedback channels thoroughly.

Data πŸ—ƒ

Before your contract ends, make sure you export all the data you need from Stribe here.

'Hi Team,

Over the past year (adjust accordingly) we've been using Stribe in the workplace to gather insights on some key topics, celebrate each other's achievements and have a trusted place to talk. Our time using Stribe is coming to an end on (list account closing date) and therefore your logins will no longer work when trying to get on the platform.

We understand that you may have some questions about what will replace Stribe. We've popped some information below:

Messaging - (list your provision for messages)

Shout-outs - (list your plan for employee recognition)

Gathering feedback/surveys - (list your ideas for this here)

Thank you for all of your valuable feedback over this year (adjust accordingly). Here's some of the ways we've improved the workplace through Stribe:

(use your You Said, We Did feedback to inform this section).

If you've got any questions, please direct them to (Stribe Admin).

Thank you,

Any questions? ❓

Even though we might be over, we're not the type of people to go fully ghost! If you have any questions, queries or feedback, please don't hesitate to contact us on hello@stribehq.com.
