We've launched a new process to keep everyone informed of all the great work our development team is constantly doing to evolve Stribe for the better. This is the first of our new update articles, now available in our support section!

  1. Auto-save - When you create a new pulse campaign the system will now remember your campaign locally, so if you move away, it will pick back up where you left off. This is useful for you multi-taskers, as it means you won't have to start the process all the way from the beginning again, if you have to move onto another task!

  2. Exporting data - when you export grouped campaigns, you'll be able to see how a single person responds throughout the entire survey. Each person's responses show consecutively on the group report, allowing you to analyse key trends, without ruining the anonymity from Stribe!

  3. Completion rates for grouped surveys - for group surveys, there is now a completion rate statistic on the right hand side of the pulse report, this is the % of people who answered every question that was asked in the pulse.

  4. Segmented completion rates - when there's enough data (complying with our usual anonymity protections) we'll show a new statistic in the group pulse survey overview report, that lets customers compare the response and completion rates for each of their segments, depending on the way they've uploaded their data.

  5. Values engagement score - there is now a toggle to be able to switch the view of the values engagement score from a decimal/number to a percentage so it's easy for you to work with the number that suits you best!

  6. Values report graph - when you hover over the values report graph, it'll tell you how many responses contribute to each value engagement score, for each month.

  7. QR questions - in the Values report, the response rate statistic will exclude QR questions.

Keep an eye out on this Product Updates section for the new development news happening at Stribe!
