We’re always thinking about ways we can improve our pulse surveys, which is why we’ve updated our survey reports so you can share them with anyone. We know that it’s important for you to be able to share survey reports with your teams, managers, or leadership. But sometimes the people you want to share them with won’t be Stribe admins - this update means you can bring everyone into the conversation.

Who can I share survey reports with?

You can give full access to the report to anyone who is already an admin on Stribe (who doesn’t currently have survey permissions). You can also give ‘view only’ access to anyone, by generating a link.

How can I share the survey reports with my team?

To be able to access the share pulse report feature, you’ll need to be an admin user on Stribe with pulse permissions. Here is a step by step guide on how to use the share pulse report feature:

  1. Login to Stribe and select your admin account

  2. Choose ‘Pulse’ from the left hand side menu (the rainbow icon)

  3. Choose ‘Campaigns’ from the secondary left hand side menu

  4. Find the pulse survey that you’d like to share. This will either be in ‘Live’ or ‘Ended’ or you can use the search bar to find it if you’d prefer!

  5. Choose the ‘View series’ or ‘View results’ button (what button you see depends on how many questions you’ve asked in the pulse - check out how to ask multi-question surveys here)

  6. This will bring up the pulse survey report and there is a new headline bar that appears at the top where you can choose ‘Share report’

  7. Selecting this will bring up a box where you can choose how you want to share the report.

Option 1 allows you to add an existing Stribe admin (without pulse permissions) to that pulse survey, giving them the ability to:

    -Read the report

    -Download graphs and statistics

    -Rename the survey

    -Send a test

-Share the survey to prompt further responses

    -End the survey

-Reply to pulse messages (only if they have access to messages)

Option 2 allows you to generate a URL that can be shared with anyone, as a view-only version of the pulse report.

Below is a video showing you the process:

How can I share survey reports with stakeholders who aren’t users of Stribe?

To share your survey reports with people who aren’t users of Stribe, you can generate a read-only link and share this via your usual channels e.g. emails, Slack, Teams etc!

Why have we introduced this feature?

It’s easier to bring managers, teams and C-suite into the conversation with the new sharing formats, which is more likely to encourage conversations that might not otherwise happen. It could accelerate action-planning by including everyone that can create change, maximising survey impact by squeezing every insight from your survey results!

Having more sharing options opens up new possibilities for utilising pulse data too! Whether you share your pulse report with the board using a ‘view only’ public link, or designate specific pulse survey admins by adding them to the report using option 1, the opportunities have expanded!

What do the shared results look like?

Admin Share:

As you can see from the screenshot above, by adding a Stribe admin user to this specific pulse report, they’ll be able to access all of the normal features and details of that survey report.

Link Share:

As you can see from the screenshot above, the link share will highlight the report as view only. It contains the same details and analysis from the admin share option, but removes the ability to amend the pulse survey in any way (i.e. end the survey, rename the survey etc).
