Employees can give shout-outs to individuals, a team or to everyone. Shout-outs are a great way of recognising positive achievements and they can even include a photo or video!

As an admin user, you don't need to authorise or give permission for the shout-outs to be posted. Shout-outs are generally positive celebrations, and we've never had an instance where any have had to be removed, however you are able to delete them as an admin user.

All you need to do is head to 'Shout-outs' whilst logged in as an admin, find the shout-out you're wanting to delete, and select the red cross on that shout-out. Alternatively, you can also use the toggle to remove it from public view, if you just want it to be shown to the person who's received the shout-out only.
