It's a great sign if you're getting lots of messages through Stribe, it shows that your colleagues are hearing you when talking about Stribe, they feel comfortable using the system and you have that trust there!

As an admin user, you may want to ensure that the workload is shared when it comes to replying to messages. This is absolutely fine! You can select 'auto assign' within 'Settings', 'Messages' and this will assign messages in a round-robin style way to each admin, ensuring the workload is fair! If you disable this feature, the setting reverts to the normal way of all messages going into the unassigned messages inbox.
