What to expect when you sign up to Stribe!

Learn the typical phases of onboarding when you join the family at Stribe.

When you join Stribe as a valued customer, there are some typical steps we follow to make sure you have the warmest welcome! Of course, this can definitely change depending on your plans, but as standard these are the steps we take!

1) Once you've signed your contract with us, you'll be introduced to your dedicated customer success account manager, they'll look after you perfectly from here on out!

2) Your customer success contact will arrange an onboarding call, to discuss your goals for Stribe, ideas for the first survey and anything else that may be relevant!

3) Following this, your customer success executive will work on a bespoke launch plan tailored to your organisational goals, dates and ideas for Stribe! This also includes a personalised question bank full of ideas for questions for your first survey!

4) We'll work together and keep in touch through the launch build up, ensuring that each step is on track!

5) On launch day, we'll celebrate with you!

6) We will do 30 day, 60 day and 90 day reviews ensuring you're the happiest with Stribe, the service and to answer any questions you have.
