The message shows up in a number of different places throughout the employee area so you can clearly communicate with them when they can expect a reply.

You can also use this feature for any message you may want your colleagues to see when they first log in to Stribe.

You might want to include:
- How quickly you aim to respond
- When the platform is monitored
- Where to seek support if they need immediate support

- What they might wish to use the platform for

Or, you can use our template message below:

Please be aware that you may only receive a reply during office hours (9am – 5.30pm). If you really need to speak with someone outside of these hours please use one of the following options:

If you need urgent help, you can call Samaritans on 116 123. They’re available to offer support 24/7 every single day of the year.

If you need immediate support, you can text SHOUT to 85258 anytime day or night and chat by text to share what is worrying you.

To update your site-wide message follow the instructions below:

  1. Login as Admin

  2. Click on 'Settings' in the left hand menu

  3. Select 'Site wide message'

  4. Complete your message and click 'Save'
