Follow the steps below to get started!
In the past campaigns tab, locate the survey you'd like to apply your Custom Engagement Score to
Click 'View Results' on the right hand-side
On the top right hand-side of the report, click 'Create' in the Custom KPI box
Select the response types you'd like to include in your Custom Engagement Score
Enter the name for your score underneath and click 'Save'
Your Custom Engagement Score will appear on the right hand-side as a percentage of the overall results
Need to make a change? Select the pencil button on the bottom left of the Custom Engagement Score box
Process the edits you'd like to make and click 'Save'
Want to remove the Custom Engagement Score completely? Click the red cross on the top right of the Custom Engagement Score box
Select 'Yes' under 'Are you sure you want to delete this KPI?'
