Change the way you measure success with Custom Engagement Scores. This brand new feature allows you to tailor your measurements straight from the Pulse Report, so you can get personalised insights for you and your teams. Whether you prefer a standardised benchmark score or a customised target for your responses, we've got you covered.

Measure specific aspects of engagement that matter most to your organisation rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. This means that you can gain more targeted insights into what's driving engagement within your teams, and identify areas for improvement that are unique to your organisation.

Track progress towards your specific goals and benchmarks This can be especially useful if you have specific engagement targets you're working towards. By setting custom KPIs, you can easily track your progress over time, identify areas of improvement, and adjust your engagement strategies accordingly.

Communicate the value of engagement initiatives to key stakeholders By using metrics that are tailored to your organisation, you can demonstrate the impact of your engagement strategy and build a stronger case for continued investment in this area.
