With our new values feature, we've introduced a unique scoring system for each value, making it convenient for you to monitor them. This is also super easy to understand! This score is then presented on a visual values graph, providing a clear overview of your performance in relation to each value.

The value engagement score is determined by the number of respondents who select the answers you've wanted to include for tracking within that pulse question. For instance, if 55 people participate in your pulse survey and 40 of them choose the answers you're monitoring, the calculation is (40/55)*100. This results in 72%, and after dividing by 10, we get a score of 7.2. Our engagement scores range from 0 to 10, offering a straightforward measure of your alignment with the chosen values.
