We’ve launched Values but you might be thinking ‘Why should I use this feature?’ and we’re here to tell you why!

Values is a completely personalisable feature that you can use to track topics that matter to your organisation. By adding your values to your pulse surveys, you’re able to see how those values are performing - and what’s even better is that it’s completely up to you which answers count towards your score.

For example, if I set up a pulse survey that has the question ‘How was your week this week?’ and use the answer type ‘1-10’ with a scale of ‘Not good at all’ to ‘Very good’, add the ‘Wellbeing’ value with tracking of answers 8, 9 and 10 - this will be tracking the wellbeing value with positive answers. However, if as an organisation we are more concerned with the progress of poor wellbeing, we may wish to track the answers 1, 2, 3 and 4. Different score selections will track different trends in the value.

If you need any further help with our values feature, please get in touch with the team on support@stribehq.com who will be happy to organise a call to take you through the feature, give some inspiration of values that may be useful to your workplace and help you to set up your first survey with values tagged.
