Word tiles are a feature of our surveys that allow employees to assign themes to their campaign responses and/or follow-up answers.

You can choose whether to enable or disable them when you set up a surveys.

We recommend you enable word tiles on any surveys with a follow-up question. They will allow you to quickly identify key themes in respondents answers without having to dig into the detail. Then, once you are happy with the themes you have prioritised, you can use the respondent's follow-up answers to really understand the key elements of those themes.

To make it easier to set your word tiles, Stribe remembers which ones you've used in the past! And if you have a list of word tiles you'd like to add, you can just copy and paste them rather than having to type them one by one.

Do you have any feedback on the way word tiles work? Or further questions? Let us know on hello@stribehq.com
