A lot of the limitations of traditional surveys come from their reliance on digital distribution methods such as email and apps. Our new feature allows you to share your surveys using online and offline methods whether this is on a screen, a newsletter or poster - anywhere you can put a QR code!

There are just two steps to getting started:

  1. Create your demographic questions

  2. Create your survey to access your QR code

Setting your demographic questions

  1. In Settings, open the Survey Section

  2. Click ‘Create New

  3. Enter your demographic in the first box. This can be a way to filter your employees, whilst maintaining their anonymity. Examples: “Which hub do you work in?” “How long have you worked at Stribe?”

  4. Enter your answers. Separate each answer line by line by pressing ‘Enter’ after each one

  5. Give your question a title in the internal name box

  6. You can set up multiple questions to get more insights from your results. Simply add another demographic question by following the previous steps.

Note - When it comes to setting up multiple demographic questions, try to avoid going over two or three. This is to avoid any participants from losing interest and dropping out of the survey.

The order you add your demographic questions in is the order each question will appear on the survey. So the first demographic question you add is the first that will pop up and so on!

Once your campaign is live there are a few different ways you can access the QR code for your campaign.

Accessing the QR code when creating a survey

  1. Once you’ve created your campaign, you’ll be directed to the survey summary page. Scroll down to Share Your Campaign

  2. Click Download QR code. This will save the QR code to your computer in .png format. You can use this image across any comms such as posters, leaflets and on display boards.

Accessing the QR Code once the survey has been created

  1. Open the survey tab and click on Live Campaigns

  2. Click on the arrow next to view results and select Share

  3. The Share your Campaign window will pop up automatically

  4. Click Download QR Code on the right hand side

Accessing the QR Code via the reports page

  1. On the live campaigns tab, scroll down to your chosen survey and click view results (this will only appear if you have received at least one response)

  2. Under Survey Actions, click Share

  3. The Share your Campaign window will pop up automatically

  4. Click Download QR Code on the right hand side

If you’d like to share a survey with your employees that do hold an account with Stribe, you can learn how to do so here
