Didn't receive the response you were hoping for on your latest pulse survey? Don't panic!
There are lots of different ways you can boost your response rate in Stribe. From gentle reminders to QR links, trying out our different features will help you find out what works for your teams. Also, read here about understanding your response rates further!
π Send a Reminder!
Sending an extra reminder is a great way to gently nudge your employees, in case they missed the notification the first time. And doing so is easy, just navigate to the pulse page and follow the steps below!
Locate your active survey in the live pulse tab and click the blue arrow on the right hand-side
In the dropdown, select 'Send Reminder'
A window will pop up asking 'Send a reminder to anyone that hasn't responded?'. Click the 'Yes' button
An email reminder will be triggered to any employees that haven't answered your pulse survey!
π Share your Pulse Survey using Links
Pulse survey links can be shared across your internal channels - Slack, Teams, WhatsApp... whatever your teams like to use to keep in touch! By bringing your managers on board and asking them to share the link with their teams, they can help encourage your employees to take the time to respond.
To reach even more people, you could include the link in your monthly newsletters, internal intranet or even in an announcement on Stribe!
In the live pulse campaigns tab, find your active campaign and click the blue arrow on the right hand-side
Select 'Share' in the dropdown
A 'Share your Campaign' window will pop up
On the left hand-side, you'll see the URL link. Click the 'Copy' button
Paste and send the URL via your chosen platform
π€³ Share your Pulse Survey using QR Codes
QR codes work in the same way as links and can really help widen the audience you're targeting. Give your employees who are offline or have limited access to emails a chance to have their say. Find out how you can boost your outreach with QR codes!
In the live pulse campaigns tab, find your active campaign and click the blue arrow on the right hand-side
Select 'Share' in the dropdown
A 'Share your Campaign' window will pop up
On the right hand-side of the pop up, you'll see the unique QR code for your survey

Drag and drop the QR code into a leaflet or poster template
Once you've completed your QR code poster, print and display them in communal areas, on notice boards - wherever your target audience is likely to stop, scan and respond!
