Using QR codes to share your surveys help to make them more accessible - and open up the possibilities for where you can use them!

To share your survey using a QR code, you need to ensure your target audience have their own user accounts enabled in Stribe. This will allow them to login when scanning the QR code and take your employees straight through to your survey!

  1. On the Surveys tab, click 'Create survey' in the top right corner.

  2. Add your question. You can use a benchmark question or something you've previously asked. Alternatively, you can type in a new one!

  3. Select your answer type. Note - This will be locked if you've selected a benchmark question.

  4. Ask a follow up question to get more insights. Add word tiles to help direct your employees when responding and allow them to answer without the worry of being identified by their writing style.

  5. Choose whether you’d like to tag a value onto the question. You can either choose from the drop down menu of values you’ve already set up, or set up a new value from this step.

  6. You’ll get the option to attribute the value to certain answer selections depending on the answer type you choose. For example, if you’re asking a question with the emoji answer type, you may only want it to attribute to the value if it’s ‘happy and very happy’ or perhaps the opposite - depending on what you want to track!

  7. Click save when you’ve added the value.

  8. Save your question. You can add more by scrolling up the page and following steps 1-4 again.

  9. Once you're happy with the series, click 'Confirm Survey'.

  10. Choose whether you'd like to send your survey to a fixed or dynamic audience.

  11. Set the audience rule (you can select more than one and alternate these).

  12. Click 'Next' and introduce your question by amending the email subject and body. This will give your employees more context when they first receive the survey.

  13. Schedule your survey. Once you're happy with the set date, click 'Create Survey'.

  14. You'll be taken through to your Pulse Summary where you can access your QR code!

  15. Click 'Download QR Code' and copy the file into your survey posters to share throughout the office. You can also use these digitally and display them on PC and tablet backgrounds!

  16. If you need to access the QR again, locate the survey in your live surveys tab.

  17. Click the arrow on the right hand side of the survey, next to 'View Results' and click 'Share'.
