Some users on Stribe may have two accounts due to being a user themselves, as well as an admin for their organisation. At present in order to access each account, you have to sign into each one individually. At Stribe, we are constantly developing our product and a merged account is within our development pipeline so keep your eyes out for that update!
When you login to Stribe as an individual who is both an administrator and a user, you’ll get an option to choose the account you’d like to access. As an admin, generally this will be the most used account for you, but it’s very easy to switch. All you have to do is log out and then log back in again to select the account you’d like. You can see the process here:
Depending on what you want to do will determine which account to use. Using your Stribe admin account you can create reports, delve into data and analytics, publish announcements, export Stribe pulses and much more! Using your Stribe user account, you can answer pulses, send a shout-out, use the messaging system and much more.
Important note: If you have recently been granted admin permissions after previously only having a user account, you will need to fully log out of Stribe, re-login and you should see both accounts as per the above videos.
Top Tip: If you have two separate accounts, you can login to both accounts on different browsers (use incognito/private mode to ensure smooth running of the platform).
