To help you sort through, keep an eye on, and better organise your survey data, we’ve just launched Values.

Adding a flexible way for you to track progress on things such as mental health, wellbeing, and personal development has been a popular request from our customers, so we know that this will be a well-loved feature!

A better overview of your insights

Values work by allowing you to group questions together in their own report by tagging them. This gives you a progress graph and all of the other clever insights that you love in our survey reports, but specific to your Value, helping you better understand how employees feel about your chosen topics.

This means if your surveys don’t fall clearly into one category, you can tag each question with a value to help you track progress that way instead. You can tag questions during survey creation, or afterwards within each value itself - giving you ultimate flexibility.

Measure what matters to you

We understand that it’s important for organisations to track the progress they’re making on the core objectives and KPIs of their people strategy. These might be for culture, personal development, wellbeing, employee engagement, mental health, financial wellbeing - the list goes on!

Often these are measured using more than one contributing question. At the moment there are a few things that make this difficult to achieve easily within Stribe. For example, you may not want to ask all of the relevant questions in one survey. Or, you may wish to track the progress of multiple questions over a period of time.

Sounds great! How do I get started?

We’ve created detailed guides to help you make the most of Values, find them all below:
